Reflection:

Today Kate and I went to the YMCA to work out. At first we were hesitant and a little nervous, but on the way home we felt amazing. We started talking about goals and how great we're going to look and feel. We've both decided to get a membership to the Y and work out everyday. I'm really feeling good.
